TITLE: An Ordinance amending Chapter 25, Article 4, Division 5,
Section 25-4-51 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005
Edition, as amended), relating to required number of
parking spaces.
EXPLANATION: The purpose of the bill is to rectify an unintended revision
enacted by Ordinance No. 13-95, which inadvertently
repealed provisions regarding the required amount of
parking spaces for funeral services and crematoriums.
