Please find attached Resolution No. 351-14, Draft 2. Resolution No. 351-14 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 763.3, as duly approved by the Council on May 1, 2014.
The Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires holdover of substantially amended
legislation, and adopted Resolution No. 351-14, Draft 2.
