TO SPEED LIMITS
Amends an existing provision and adds a new provision for portions of Hawai‘i Belt
Road (Highway 11), also known as Māmalahoa Highway; Schedule 3 (25 mile per
hour limit), Subsection (f), Kona.

Recommends passage of Bill 248 on first reading:
