Development Plan Action Committee
• Fanny K. Au Hoy (4-year term) Ms Au Hoy is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i She the former
administrator at Hulihe'e Palace Her community service includes membership with the Daughters of
Hawai'i— Hulihe'e, Queen Liliuokalani Trust Advisory Board, Kona Coffee Festival Director and the
Kailua Village Design Commission
• Nancy E. Burns (4-year term) Ms Burns is a 24-year resident of Hawai'i She is a self-employed civil
engineer Ms. Burns is a member of the Kailua Village Design Commission and the Hawai'i Society
of Professional Engineers
• Kari L. Kimura (3-year term) Ms. Kimura is a 33-year resident of Hawai'i She is a self-employed
architect. Ms. Kimura is secretary of the American Institute of Architects— Hawai'i Island Section,
secretary of the Konawaena Foundation, and treasurer of Holualoa Schoot PTO She is a former
board member of the Holualoa Foundation for Arts and Culture
