ARTICLE II OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CHARTER (2012 EDITION), BY
ADDING A NEW SECTION RELATING TO THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF
THE COUNTY.
Please find attached Bill No. 254, Draft 2. Bill No. 254 was amended by the contents of Communication
No. 877.1, as duly approved by the Committee on Finance on May 12, 2014.
Please place Bill No. 254, Draft 2, on the June 4, 2014, Council agenda for first reading.
