COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 432 14
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR CINDER ROCK FOR THE HONOKA`A
RODEO ARENA FLOOR.
WHEREAS, Honoka`a Rodeo Arena is in need of cinder rock for the arena floor; and
WHEREAS, this material is used to provide more traction on the arena floor, helps
prevent erosion and targets drainage issues; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation, Discretionary Projects-Council District 1, to provide
cinder rock for the Honoka`a Rodeo Arena floor; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

APPROPRIATION: $3,000
OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $3,000
CREDITED TO:
010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,000

Cinder Rock for Honoka`a Rodeo Arena Floor,

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance, and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
