Y Of yam, :1.;4\``tr.N.)::t i COUNTY OF HAWAH '. % =-:;--.''''' f i STATE OF HAWAII •;t• 4;,'.•' BILL NO. 204 ORDINANCE NO. 14 48 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 3, SECTION 24-275 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO BUS STOPS AND PUBLIC ROAD TAXI STANDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawai`i County Code to match what exists in the field. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, Schedule 23. Bus Stops and Public Road Taxi Stands, subsection(c) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by revising existing item: (2) Banyan Drive, [both sides,] southeast (golf course) side [ Naniloa Hotel driveway and extending in the mauka direction for a distance of one hundred thirty feet] from a point seven hundred nineteen feet northeast of the northern intersection of Lihiwai Street and extending ninety-one feet in the northeasterly direction,between the hours of 6:00 a.m. [to] and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, Schedule 23. Bus Stops and Public Road Taxi Stands, subsection (c) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding new item and renumbering as required: ( ) Banyan Drive, northwest (makai) side, from a point nine hundred thirteen feet northeast of the northern intersection of Lihiwai Street and extending eighty-seven feet in the northeasterly direction,between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 5. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
