RESOLUTION NO. 434 14
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND
FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR DISCRETIONARY PROJECTS—COUNCIL
DISTRICT 3.
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has numerous projects in Council
District 3 that are awaiting funding; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the
Department of Parks and Recreation to fund Discretionary Projects-Council District 3; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $7,932.90
OUT AND FROM:
01 0.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $7,932.90
CREDITED TO:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution
to the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms
of this resolution.
