SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 239, Draft 2, Relating to the Comprehensive Review of
the General Plan
Attached please find Bill No. 239, Draft 2, as duly approved by the Council during its May 13,
2014 meeting. The bill was amended by the contents of Communication 819.1, which was
amended to strike the number "eleven" and replace it with"thirteen."
Please place Bill No. 239, Draft 2, on the June 4, 2014, Council agenda for second and final
reading.
