Poindexter, Council Member District 1 N �? <br /> v <br /> SUBJECT: Certificate of Recognition Presentation for Council Meeting <br /> I am requesting your approval to present certificates on June 4, 2014, during the Council meeting. <br /> These recipients will be recognized for their achievements, devotion and generosity to the <br /> community. <br /> 1) Austin Makana Loo, for achieving the highest rank in scouting, that of Eagle Scout. He <br /> received his Eagle Scout Court of Honor on April 8, 2014. He has been with the Boy Scouts <br /> of America for 9 year and earned 28 merit badges. He fulfilled the requirements in the area of <br /> Leadership, Services, and Outdoor Skills. <br /> 2) Pa'auhau Community Association, Resort Management Group, Keoki Lindsey, Keith <br /> Burkhardt, and Tracey Bautista will be recognized for their help with the completion of the <br /> Pa'auhau Community Park. They provided their personal time with this project. The Resort <br /> Management Group provided hours of free labor, use of their machines and equipment and <br /> assisted with the building and completion of the open basketball court. With their efforts,the <br /> Pa'auhau Community Park is complete and contains a playground, pavilion, baseball field <br /> and an open basketball court. <br /> All recipients will be in attendance to accept their certificates. <br /> We expect to take approximately twenty(20)minutes at the Council Meeting. <br /> If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact or e-mail my office. <br /> Mahalo. <br /> /lc <br /> Attachment: (Scanned copy of Certificates) Comm.
