ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 436-14: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a First Amendment of Lease for a two-year extension for Unit A-2, Phase I of the Hilo Iron Works Building, TMK: 2-2-001:030, at a cost not to exceed $3,273.83 per month, to be used by the Mass Transit Agency.
