Subject: Kohala Skatepark Expansion Project
As the Director of Hawaii County Department of Parks and Recreation, we are transmitting this
letter to confirm our commitment to provide assistance to The Root's Advocates for Youth with the
Kohala Skatepark Expansion Project.
Based on the needs of the project and community, we commit the following:
$35,000 in materials to help assist with the expansion of the Kohala Skatepark, based on the
approved plan by our Park Planners.
We are excited about this project and look forward to working with you and your team to implement
