Dear Chairman Kern and Council Committee Members:
SUBJECT: COMMUNICATION NO.881
1 have just received an email from Ms Nancy Burns regretfully stating that she is withdrawing her
nomination to the Kona Community Development Plan Action Committee for personal reasons.
I therefore respectfully request that all three nominations to the Kona Community Development Plan
Action Committee be withdrawn at this time so we may vet another nomination and collectively re-
submit those nominations in a few weeks.
This would greatly assist in new member orientation as well as providing more consistency in
determining term limits.
I will be happy to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have with regard to this
communication.
