SUBJECT: A Resolution Urging the Administration to Withdraw Request for Proposal
No. 3044 and Issue a New Request for Proposal to Provide for the Eligibility
of Those Entities or a Combination of Entities Which Seek to Maximize the
Output of Compostables
Attached is a resolution regarding a Request for Proposal for a waste-reduction facility for the
County of Hawai`i.
I am requesting this resolution be placed on the appropriate agenda for the June 17, 2014,
Committee meetings.
