SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 429-14, Draft 2; Amending Rule No. 27 of the Rules of
Procedure and Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai`i.
Please find attached Resolution No. 429-14, Draft 2. Resolution No. 429-14 was amended by verbal
amendment to correct a typographical error by changing the reference '`Article 42" to "Article 25" as
located in the first WHEREAS clause.
The amendment was duly approved by the Council on June 4, 2014.
