AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13-66, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2013 TO JUNE 30, 2014.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 13-66, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014,
is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
PARKS AND RECREATION
Discretionary Projects— Council District 2 (110.588.5589.08) $ 100,000
Discretionary Projects — Council District 3 (110.588.5589.09) $ 100,000
Discretionary Projects — Council District 4 (110.588.5589.10) $ 100,000
Discretionary Projects — Council District 6 (110.588.5589.11) $ 100,000
Discretionary Projects — Council District 7 (110.588.5589.12) $ 100,000
Discretionary Projects — Council District 8 (110.588.5589.13) $ 100,000
Discretionary Projects — Council District 9 (110.588.5589.14) $ 100,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Fund and/or other Sources (Contingency Relief) $ 700,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
