- ±tY Os h.. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII •� �" /�•- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> e O;•to..- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 455 14 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LOT 1-B AND LOT 1-C, BEING <br /> A PORTION OF TAX MAP KEY: (3) 2-2-034:085, SITUATED AT "WAIAKEA HOUSE <br /> LOTS, 1sT SERIES," AT WAIAKEA, DISTRICT OF SOUTH HILO, ISLAND AND COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII FROM GHC FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, A HAWAII LIMITED <br /> PARTNERSHIP. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, GHC FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Hawai`i Limited Partnership <br /> ("GHC") is the owner of Lots 1-B and 1-C, each containing an area of 1,000 square feet, more or less, <br /> respectively identified as a portion of Tax Map Key: (3) 2-2-034:085, situate at Waiakea House Lots, <br /> First Series, Waiakea, District of South Hilo, Island and County of Hawai`i, as delineated on <br /> Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, Condition E of Ordinance No. 09-60, required a 5-foot future road widening <br /> section fronting the subject property along Manono Street and roadway improvements on Hinano <br /> Street be subdivided and dedicated to the County of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, GHC received final subdivision approval for the above referenced lots and <br /> WHEREAS, GHC is desirous of dedicating the above road widening lots to the County of <br /> Hawai`i for roadway purposes, and such dedication has been approved by the County of Hawai`i <br /> Department of Public Works, and received dedication approval from the Department of Water Supply, <br /> Planning Department and Department of Environmental Management; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, provides that the <br /> council may accept gifts, which include the dedication of land, on behalf of the County of Hawai`i. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it finds <br /> the subject subdivision and any improvements thereon are in full compliance with the provisions of <br /> Chapter 23 of the Hawai`i County Code as certified and approved by all applicable agencies. <br />
