Planning Commission:

FROM AGRICULTURAL – 3 ACRES (A-3a) TO RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL – 1 ACRE (RA-1a) AT WAIĀKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAI‘I,

The Windward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation
for the applicant’s request to create a two-lot Residential-Agricultural subdivision
with one 2.23-acre lot and one 1-acre lot, which would be distributed amongst
family members.

Hawai‘i County Council will be conducting this Committee meeting via videoconference. If audio

(Pursuant to HRS §92-7 and Council Rule No. 2, Council Member Dennis “Fresh”
