Au Hoy. Ms. Au Hoy is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. She the former administrator at Hulihe'e Palace. Her community service includes membership with the Daughters of Hawaii — Hulihe'e, Queen Liliuokalani Trust Advisory Board, Kona Coffee Festival Director and the Kailua Village Design Commission. o Kari L. Kimura. Ms. Kimura is a 33-year resident of Hawaii. She is a self-employed architect. Ms. Kimura is secretary of the American Institute of Architects — Hawai'i Island Section, secretary of the Konawaena Foundation, and treasurer of Holualoa Schoot PTO. She is a former board member of the Holualoa Foundation for Arts and Culture. o Curtis J. Tyler III. Mr. Tyler is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. He is a self-employed property manager. Mr. Tyler, a former Hawaii County councilmember, is currently a member of the US Army PTA Cultural Advisory Committee, a life member of the Disabled American Veterans, Kona Chapter 7, and he was formerly a member of the Kona CDP Steering Committee. Hawaii County Charter Section 13-4(c), states that "members of any board or commission appointed for a term of two years or less shall be eligible to succeed themselves for an additional full term."
