AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13-66, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2013 TO JUNE 30, 2014.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 13-66, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Liq Control Haz Mat Mitigation & Imp. — Private
(110.199.5191.54) $ 1,803,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Private Contributions — Liquor Percentage Fees $ 1,803,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
