No. 455-14 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:52 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution No. 455-14, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 455-14, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson, via <br /> Communication No. 925 dated June 5, 2014, accepts the dedication of Lot 1-B and Lot 1-C being a <br /> portion of Tax Map Key: 2-2-034:085, situated at "Waiakea House Lots, 1st Series," at Waiakea, District <br /> of South Hilo, Island and County of Hawai`i from GHC Family Limited Partnership, a Hawaii Limited <br /> Partnership. <br /> GHC is desirous of dedicating Lots 1-B and 1-C to provide a 5-foot road widening section fronting <br /> Manono Street and road improvements on Hinano Street as required in Condition E of Ordinance No. <br /> 09-60.
