Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution No. 455-14,
reports as follows:
Resolution No. 455-14, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson, via
Communication No. 925 dated June 5, 2014, accepts the dedication of Lot 1-B and Lot 1-C being a
portion of Tax Map Key: 2-2-034:085, situated at "Waiakea House Lots, 1st Series," at Waiakea, District
of South Hilo, Island and County of Hawai`i from GHC Family Limited Partnership, a Hawaii Limited
Partnership.
GHC is desirous of dedicating Lots 1-B and 1-C to provide a 5-foot road widening section fronting
Manono Street and road improvements on Hinano Street as required in Condition E of Ordinance No.
09-60. Each lot contains an area of approximately 1,000 square feet.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution No. 455-14, and recommends its adoption.
