Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution No. 460-14,
reports as follows:
Resolution No. 460-14, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson, via
Communication No. 930 dated June 5, 2014, accepts the bill of sale for roadway and other
improvements for"Waiakea House Lots, 1st Series," at Waiakea, District of South Hilo, Island and
County of Hawai`i from GHC Family Limited Partnership, a Hawai`i Limited Partnership.
GHC is desirous of granting the County of Hawai`i half-section each of the roadway improvements on
the east side of Manono Street and the west side of Hinano Street as required in Condition D of
Ordinance No. 09-60.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution No. 460-14, and recommends its adoption.
