SUBJECT: Resolution No. 430-14, Draft 2; a Resolution Urging the Water Board of the
County of Hawai`i (Water Board)to Take Any and All Actions Necessary to
Acquire Land and Develop a New Water Well, Reservoir, Supporting Facilities,
and a New Transmission Main in Captain Cook, South Kona, Hawaii
Attached is Resolution No. 430-14, Draft 2. Resolution No. 430-14 was amended with the
contents of Communication No. 886.1, as duly approved by the Committee on Agriculture,
Water and Energy Sustainability on July 1, 2014.
