The changes are on Page 20. §25 -2 -3 Review and Acceptance of Applications and page 47, §25- 244(c) Consideration of Application: Decision. Date 0 0 March 24, 1999 Page 20 Division 25 -2 -3 Review and acceptance of applications (a) Any application filed with the director or the commission, pursuant to this chapter, including but not limited to a zoning amendment, variance, usepermit, plan approval ohana dwelling permit, planned unit development permit, or cluster plan development permit, shall be reviewed by the director for completeness [within fifteen days from the date that the application was filed by the applicant[. An application may be filed with the director or the commission either by hand or mail delivery to the Hilo or Kona department. If the director fails to render a decision within the thirty -day period, the director shall notify the applicant in writing that further time will be required for delineated reasons (e.g. staff shortage, large number of applications, complexity of application).
