The Zoning Code was amended at the end of 1996 and due to procedural errors it has been sent back to the County, by the Court, for ratification or other necessary actions. I strongly urge the County Council to ratify this Bill. If other measures need to be considered, they can be taken up by amendment. In the meantime delay on ratification is creating uncertainty and disruption.
