RE: Bill 250 — Zoning Code
In response to a concern from Judith Graham, I would like to propose that Draft 9 be
amended to Draft 10 to reinstate the original "SECTION 1" language which was not
included in Bill 250, Draft 9:
"SECTION I. Chapter 25 of the Hawaii County Code is hereby repealed."
and that all remaining SECTIONS be renumbered accordingly.
