TITLE: A resolution to adopt the Pahoa Village Design Guidelines
dated October 2013
EXPLANATION: Resolution No. 454-14, transmitted by Planning Director,
Duane Kanuha, via Communication No. 920, dated June 2,
2014, requests the consideration and adoption of the design
guidelines for Pahoa Village to guide the architectural
design and siting of structures within the Pahoa Village
Design district. These guidelines were drafted by the
members of the Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan
Subcommittee of the Puna CDP Action Committee.
AMENDMENTS: Comm. No. Introducer Approved/Disapproved
(none)
RECOMMENDATION: Positive; recommends adoption of Resolution No. 454-14.
