SUBJECT: Discussion with members of the Hawai`i State Legislature regarding
taxation and budget priorities and relations between the State and the
counties.
I am requesting one hour for a discussion with our Hawai`i Island's senators and
representatives in the Legislature regarding taxation priorities and the relationship
between the State and the counties.
Please place this item on the agenda of the Governmental Relations and Economic
Development Committee for August 5, 2014.
