Marijuana Erradication Program We are concerned because of news that the
Helicopter and Officers used for the Erradication Pro. . • to n • • • f . - •

We, as the Piihonua Kumiai members need to know what effects we will suffer
because of all the illegal activities in our community. If the Erradication Program will
not continue, these plants are not readily detactable with the naked eye. As
• there are many unknown cars in our community, we are suspicious that there are
• a lot of irregular activities going on.
There has been a Green Harvest with a large amount of bundles Harvested
• by these Helicopters in June of this year. We need to have the Helicopters from
• above looking for the Marijuana. As we stated, the Naked eye cannot see and
• we are not going into DHHL land to investigate. Unless we're on top of them,
• we are unable to detect these plants. Also, we are in danger of any plot to keep
• people away from these `WEEDS ". We need these help from the Helicopters
• and Officers to enforce and stop the illegal activities around our community.

• We The I Tndersigted Concerned Citizens are in support of the Helicontei
Marijuana Erradication Program We are concerned because of news that the
Helicopter and Officers used for the Erradication Program may not be funded.
