I'm just another grower that happens to live in Hawaii at this great and beautiful time period. This testimony is in regard to your marijuana study. Personally, I think you should leave the current system alone. The way it works right now is beautiful. All I have to do is go out maybe 5 times a year and I make good money. I don't have to do too much because the price is so high – 6 pounds and I make a good living. In before times, I used to have to grow 4 or 5 times the amount I do now to make the same amount of money. I love id I'm a grower. As long as the helicopters keep flying and they keep on raiding, the price will remain high, which is good because I am getting older and it's easier to grow less. Meanwhile, I feel its all dumb kids that you are busting (but how can you blame them since what you are saying is "dig a hole and make $5000). Now wouldn't you do it too if you were a wild go- for -it type of kid that has been watching people smoke for his whole life. One hole- 5000 bucks – come on! Of course you would, so most likely helicopters get the young, stupid kids with "chutzpah ". How long does it take this kid or an older grower like me to dig this hole – 1 hour = $5000 back if you make them through the whole season. And the whole Big Island to do it on! I just love it! I have learned over the years to go for far and few between, always give them air cover, always wear a mask and gloves. Leave no evidence. Fifty thousand dollars a year with one week of actual work. Hey, keep those choppers in the air. Please don't mess with the system. It works beautifully! Anonymous Grower 9 Comm. No. / Mlle Ne. P G Tot presented Covrre.ea_ Ref. a DEC 2 3 1Q9AI
