My first reaction is that it's easy to spend money,but--how-are-we-going3to
spay the-money=back-.,> Bond issues simply spend future dollars that have to be
paid back with interest. What will be the rating of the bonds?
What about Federal matching funds to get a double bang for our buck on some
of the aforementioned projects.
All the projects appear to be worthwhile and I'm sure there are many more
projects that could use money. Once debated and a priority list is
compiled, who determines who get the job's. Friends of Steve?
