Dear Mr. Yagong:
Please be advised that Hawaiian Trust Company, Limited is the
Agent for the Roman Catholic Church in the State of Hawaii for
its investment properties. The Roman Catholic Church is the fee
simple owner of the referenced property.
The Roman Catholic Church, as the fee simple owner, has no
objection to sublessee Bears Coffee ("Sole Proprietor Robert P.
Henderson dba Bears Coffee") using the abutting sidewalk space
for additional table space provided it is in accordance with the
ordinances of the County of Hawaii.
