November 12, 1991, informing they have completed their
study to determine the feasibility of amending the
General Plan Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide (LUPAG)
Map for the Waiakea Houselots area from Medium Density
Urban and Industrial Area to Low Density Urban
designation, as requested by Resolution No. 317 91, and
transmits their Analvsis which states the redesignation
of a portion of the Waiakea Houselots to Low Density
Urban designation would be an appropriate land use
pattern for the area.
Further, recommends that the current General Plan land
use designations of Medium Density Urban between
Hualani Street and Piilani Street and Industrial Area
fronting Kanoelehua Avenue be retained.
