Please be advised that Thomas Realty group is the agent for Hawaii National Bank's leasehold
ownership of the Pacific Building.
Hawaii National Bank, as the leasehold owner, has no objection to Sublessee Robert P. Henderson
dba Bears' Coffee's, sole proprietor, use of the contiguous sidewalk space along the street side of his
demised premises for additional table space provided he is in accordance with the ordinance of the
County of Hawaii as well as the State of Hawaii.
