Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds
For your consideration, I am transmitting Bill No. 209, Draft 4, relating to the
authorization of the issuance of general obligation bonds.
Draft 4 differs from Draft 3 in that it designates only certain projects and amounts for
which the proceeds derived from the sale of the general obligation bonds may be used.
This list was established based upon previous Council discussion and subsequent
additions from individual members.
