There will he random dumping of garbage along the highways and also along residential streets or wherever it can be done without being noticed. It is bad enough that the people on island are not encouraged to recycle. It is a major inconvenience to do so as a matter of fact. We need dumping capabilities close to HOVE!! Please do not ignore us, in order for other loss basic needs in other districts to be funded. Anything you can do to help would be only positive and appreciated!!
