Resolution No. 457-14, Draft 2, was amended by the contents of Communication No. 927.3, as duly
approved by the Council on July 18, 2014.
The Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires legislation that is substantively
amended be held over to the next Council meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 457-14, Draft 3.
