SUBJECT: Certificate of Recognition Presentation for Council Meeting
I am requesting your approval to present a certificate on August 6, 2014, during the Council
meeting. The recipient will be recognized for his achievement, devotion and generosity to the
community.
Sam Alika Bautista Bader is being recognized for achieving the highest rank in scouting, that of
Eagle Scout. He received his Eagle Scout Court of Honor on July 20, 2014. He has been with the
Boy Scouts of America for 7 year and earned 28 merit badges. He fulfilled the requirements in
the area of Leadership, Services, and Outdoor Skills.
The recipient will be in attendance to accept his certificate.
We expect to take approximately five(5)minutes at the Council Meeting.
