Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No . 511-92, reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No . 511-92 is to authorize the transfer of
$30, 000 from the Council Miscellaneous Contractual Service Account
(010-101-5101 . 01-115) to a newly created Advertising Account
(010-101-5101 . 02-107) .
Your Committee finds that this appropriation is necessary to fund
the Council ' s publication of Committee agendums in both the Hawaii
Tribune-Herald and West Hawaii Today.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No . 511-92 and recommends its adoption.
