Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 657, reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 657 is to amend Ordinance 92-73 , the Operating
Budget for Fiscal Year 1992-93 , by appropriating $500, 000 into the
General Fund Account (154-000-3609 . 11-000) of the Housing Fund,
appropriating same to the Waikoloa Electrical Substation Account
(154-461-5464 . 17-115) .
Your Committee understands that this appropriation to the Waikoloa
Electrical Substation-Housing is to cover off-site electrical costs .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 657 and recommends that it pass first reading.
