Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 656, reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 656 is to amend Ordinance 92-73 , the Operating
Budget for Fiscal Year 1992-93, by increasing revenue in the General
Fund Account No. 3607 . 06, Community Benefit Assessments, by
$500, 000, and appropriating same to the General Fund Account
No . 010-801-5801 .32-341, Transfer to Housing Fund.
Bill 656 will transfer $500, 000 from the General Fund to the Housing
Fund for the purposes set forth in Bill 657 .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 656 and recommends that it pass first reading .
