S&W 33,012 Total $689 , 440 Your Committee is aware that the helicopter will be arriving in September and that recruitment of personnel has yet to commence because appropriations have yet to be approved. During the 1992-93 budget review, the Council transferred the $689 ,440 from the various Fire Department accounts into the Council ' s Miscellaneous Contractual Services account because the Council did not feel that adequate program information was presented . FC REPORT No, 592 ADOPTED: AUG 1 9 1992 . REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE Your Committee was informed that the State funds have remained intact with payments made in increments. A Certificate of Need is also being prepared by the department. Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of Resolution 500-92 and recommends its approval by the Council . Your Committee also understands that the donation of the helicopter and hangar has yet to be approved and directs that an appropriate resolution be submitted to the Council for approval .
