Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 499-92 ,
reports as follows:
Resolution 499-92 extends the Council ' s support of the request for
approval on the North Hawaii Community Hospital ' s Certificate of
Need for the health care facility in Waimea.
The approval of the Certificate of Need by the State Health Planning
and Development Agency will enable the construction of the health
care facility in Waimea to commence .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Resolution 499-92 and recommends its approval by the Council .
