Re: Communication 3908
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication 3908,
reports as follows :
Communication 3908 from HSAC 2nd Vice President Takashi Domingo
transmits two memos from HSAC President Goro Hokama:
1 . Request that each Council consider a revision to HSAC' s
fiscal year ; and
2 . Transmittal of HSAC' s 1992-1993 Budget and notification that
dues are payable during the first quarter of the fiscal year .
Your Committee discussed the request to revise HSAC' s fiscal year
and did not find a compelling need to change.
Hawaii County has already processed its payment of its 1992-93 dues.
Your Committee recommends that the Council retain HSAC' s fiscal year
of July 1 to June 30 and that HSAC be apprised of this decision.
