Re : Communication 3904/Bill 642
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 642 , reports
as follows:
The purpose of Bill 642 is to amend Ordinance No. 92-74, the Capital
Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1992 to June 30, 1993 by
establishing an appropriation of $17, 355 for Kamehameha Park
Improvement . Funds for the project will be provided from the
unexpended balance of the funds originally transferred from the
General Fund for the Mahukona/Kapaa/Keokea Parks Improvements
project.
The appropriation will be utilized to develop a multi-purpose field
to meet the recreational needs of the North Kohala Community.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 642 and
recommends its approval on first reading.
