Re: Communication' 3903/Resolution 490-92
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 490-92,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 490-92 is to transfer $11,400 from the Area
Plans On Aging - Miscellaneous Contractual Services account
(010-411-5411. 10-115) to the following accounts :
010-519-5519 . 72-225 EAD Recreation - Rec. Supplies $1, 200
010-519-5519 . 76-480 EAD Recreation - Misc. Equip. 10, 200
Total $11,400
The transfers are necessary to fulfill various Center requests for
recreational equipment and supplies . Your Committee expressed its
concern that certain allocations seemed high.
Your Committee further understands that the moneys were made
available because of the agency' s inability to recruit for a vacant
position.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 490-92 and recommends that the Council adopt said
resolution.
