Re : Communication 3900/Bill 641
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 641, reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 641 is to amend Ordinance 92-74, the Capital
Budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1992 to June 30, 1993 , by
increasing the appropriation for the South Kohala Homeless Housing
Project in the amount of $12,645 . Funds for the increased
appropriation will be provided from the unencumbered balance of the
Mahukona/Kapaa/Keokea Park appropriations .
Said appropriation is necessary to cover the costs associated with
design changes to the project .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Bill 641 and recommends the Council pass it on first reading.
