No . 458-92, reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No . 458-92 is to transfer/appropriate the
following amount :

010-121-5121 . 10-115 Bond Sale Exp $50, 000 . 00
CREDITED TO:
010-161-5161 . 60-115 Tourism Promo $50, 000 . 00
Comm. No . 3731, from Finance Director William Takaba, dated May 14 ,
1992 , transmits Resolution 458 to transfer $50, 000 from the
Department of Finance, Bond Sale Expenses account and appropriate
same to the Research and Development, Tourism Promotion account to
fund a promotional campaign to attract travelers from other islands
to the island of Hawaii . Corresponding documentation from the
Department of Research and Development is transmitted for review.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No . 458-92 and recommends its adoption.
