Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 620, reports

The purpose of Bill 620 is to amend Ordinance No . 91-50, the
Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 1991-92 by appropriating revenues
to the following fund:

Comm. No . 3723 , from Finance Director William Takaba, dated May 8,
1992, transmits Bill 620 to amend Ordinance 91-50 appropriating
revenues to the Retired Senior Volunteer Program by $32, 581, and
appropriating same to various expenditure accounts due to the
receipt of an Older Americans Act grant from the Office of Aging .
This money will be used to carry out a Senior Volunteers in Drug
Education Management and Respite Services Demonstration Project .
Corresponding documentation is transmitted for review.

Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
